This week we had a blast with traveling swings (pretty entertaining getting the footwork down!). We introduced the best calorie burner ever, the snatch. We played with jump ropes, learned variations on the plank, mastered the medball clean and threw some yoga in there. Next week I'm thinking throwing sandbags at each other and single leg deadlifts (thanks for the inspiration Josh). Watch out! Come and try a week for free if you have yet to experience the fun.
