Another Week Fitter

I would like to start out this blog with a very important announcement, my 21 month old son went poo poo in the potty! This is THE news of the day. Today I am a proud, proud mother. Forgive me while I brag. AJ approached me with the information that he had to potty. (Yes, I did not have to ask him!) I took him to the big boy potty... I will spare you the rest of the details but let's just say we could not flush until AJ showed Dada the evidence. It was impressive! I hope it is the beginning of many proud poo poo moments!

Today James stepped up to teach boot camp while I watched: Max, Miles, Cole, AJ, Killian, Iris and Cadence! I got to play blocks while my ladies got their sweat on. I don't know much about what went down in there but I do know they came out of the box exhausted and glowing, glowing real bad!

Mondays deck workout was a killer!
Annie and Amy took first with Jeaneatte and Heather seconds behind.

I really like Annie's pouncing posture in this pic.
She is going to attack that box jump like a tiger, grrrr!

Beautiful form Annie! That is a perfect T!

Nice Goblin, I mean Goblet Squat Heather!

Amy digs her heals in for yet another set of Goblet Squats.
Her toosh is lovin it!

Heather's stepin up in style
puttin a little sass into that step

Annie's squat has come a long way baby!
(What is with this underline business, why can't I get it to stop!?!?)

Thanks Aubs for being so great with our kids
