What works
In and out of the box:
Humility: being teachable and having the ability to laugh at yourself.
As equal as humility is the ability to give yourself props when deserved and to whole heartily dish out proppa props on your fellow fellas.
A love for the process, the journey, not just the finish line.
Some faith.
Some vision.
An ass-load of determination and commitment.
Courage to shine as the awesome, unique, iron snowflake that you are.
Courage to dig deep and push past those limits, discovering your limitations are nothing but a lil' lack of vision and faith, just the faith of a mustard seed. That's all you need.
IN THE BOX:
OUT OF THE BOX:
- My divorce being "final" and what that means...I don't know what it means. Basically it was an angry, bitter-blog! I probably would have been in big trouble if I published it. I did touch on how useful CrossFitting is for refuge, and release, but I have gone there before.
- Finding strength in pain....in and out of the box...blaa, blaaa, blaaaa
- How you do anything is how you do everything (shit!)
Needless to say my ADD has been aflame full force. So, here is what I'm gonna do, "Simply, Simplify" (H.D.T):
- The best, most exciting happening in my professional world is that I am working on launching a CrossFit Kids program that is going to be sick! Getting my cert, getting equipment, getting stoked! Stay tuned!
- My Mamas, what can I say about my amazing mamas? They bring such joy to my heart. I don't know where to start. Each one of them motivate and inspires me. It has been a blast learning some new kettlebell moves, especially the challenging and hilarious KB bottoms up business! The only thing we are missing is you! The time has come for you to take that leap. Try the first week for free. Call me!
- I need a camera
- I have been seriously rocking the double-undas! 30 in a row is huge for me! STOKED!
- Finally, I would like to leave you with the following
1. Act as if you are a fit female. (Then it happens, it's amazing!)
2. Get out of your comfort zone.
3. Fuel your body to be fabulous!
4. Train hard or go home.
5. Get hooked on feeling fit, not a number on the scale.
6. Be an early riser. (boooo, that's a terrible idea!)
7. Make rest, relaxation & regeneration a priority.
8. Obstacles will arise — anticipate them!
9. Keep a journal or a blog.
10. Eliminate the negative people known as crabs and surround yourself with positive people.
11. Think about your thoughts.
12. Attitude is everything.
13. Manage your stress.
14. Put an end to body bashing and instead celebrate your strengths.
15. Don’t rely on will power. Have strategies.
16. Stop rationalizing and making excuses!!!!!!!!!!!!!
LOVE YOU
